Your bodyis notgeneric.Neither is your program.

Where others start with a questionnaire, Live For Fit starts with your body. A guided visual analysis, a muscle-by-muscle reading, then a program that is truly made to measure: your workouts, your nutrition, right down to your shopping list.

01

You train hard. But some muscles just don't keep up.

A typical app asks you five questions, then hands you a program pulled from a library.

Yet two people who give the same answers don't have the same weak points, the same muscle insertions or the same proportions.

The result: your strong points keep growing while your lagging muscles stay right where they are, for years.

A classic app asks you questions. Here, we analyse your body.

  • 14 photos, 15 muscle groups read one by one.
  • Your lagging muscles and asymmetries decide the programme, not a library.
  • Two people, same answers: two different programmes.

illustrative volumes, set from the real statuses of their analyses

Two identical answers, two opposite analyses. A questionnaire would have handed them the same program.

We start by looking at you.

    The photo

Your real front photo, one of the 14 we ask for.

  2. 2/ 5

    The lines

The lines and dots: your skeleton, as we measure it.

  3. 3/ 5

    The colours

Orange: far behind. Blue: behind. Grey: on par. Green: ahead.

  4. 4/ 5

    The dots

33 dots, one per zone. Left and right compared.

  5. 5/ 5

    The labels

The verdict per muscle, and the number of sets that follows.

01 · Analysis

What the analysis sees

  • 14 photos, 15 muscles, one unique profile
  • Your strengths, your priorities, the muscles to work on
1 + 4far behind + behind
1ahead

Volume follows the reading.

Each muscle gets a number of weekly sets based on its status. Volume is capped at 22 sets: past that point, fatigue grows faster than results.

“All your muscles are covered. 13 get less than the ideal volume, because 3 workouts a week aren't enough to develop everything to the max.”

Alex lost 10.7 kg of fat while gaining 1.5 kg of lean mass. The scale shows 9.2 kg less, but his transformation runs deeper than that one number.

05 The evidence

We don't pull our numbers out of a hat.

128scientific sources
119peer-reviewed studies

Available right inside the app. Each one gives its official link, what it shows, and why we use it. Even when it contradicts another study.

Method and sources
  1. Volume

10 to 20 hard sets per muscle per week. Beyond that, gains taper off while fatigue keeps rising. That's why we cap it at 22 sets.

  2. Effort

Training to failure is not required. Stopping 1 to 3 reps short is enough to maximize progress in most cases.

  3. Loading position

Exercises that load the muscle more when it is stretched generally lead to greater hypertrophy.

  4. What the Lens refuses to follow

High muscle activation does not prove better growth. The Lens follows measured growth outcomes, not EMG alone.

06 Questions

What people ask us the most.

I don't want to take photos of myself in my underwear.

That's the most legitimate objection. Your photos are stored in France, with OVHcloud. They are never public. Your consent is asked before any analysis. And you can permanently delete everything, at any time, in one click.

How long does the analysis take?

About ten minutes to take the 14 photos, then one to two minutes of analysis. You can close the app in the meantime: the analysis keeps running.

What equipment do I need?

A phone, a spot to prop it up about two meters (six feet) away, and fitted clothing. That's it.

Does it work for women?

Yes. The formulas, the pose illustrations and the recommendations adapt to your profile. The protocol works for women just as it does for men.

What if the Lens gets it wrong?

It always shows its confidence level. When it thinks it does not have enough information, it says so instead of making things up. High body fat lowers the accuracy of the reading: it tells you that too.

Does Live For Fit replace a healthcare professional?

No, never. Pain, injury or a difficult relationship with food: see a healthcare professional.

Your body already has the answers. You just need to read them.

Why an owl?

The symbol of a vision others do not have. The Lens analyzes your photos to reveal your potential, your imbalances and your priorities, far beyond what your mirror can show.

Coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. In the meantime, Live For Fit runs right in your browser, on phone and computer alike. The day you install the app, you will find your account and all your data waiting.
